Champneys - Health Spa teaching weekends
Hi Guys just to let you know I will be teaching at Champneys Health Spa's over the next few months. It would be really good to see any of you there if you fancy a weekend of pampering and fitness.

Fantastic Week away in Turkey with 'Fit and Funky'
I have just come back from a fantastic week away in Turkey staying at the all inclusive Ali Bey hotel, with the Fit and Funky crew for a week of Classes, Sunbathing and Partying.
A big, big thank you to Naomi, Laurie, Nicola (the Fit and Funky Organisers), for inviting me to teach for them. A big thank you to the other instructors and DJ's (Floyd, Waine, Julian and Clint) for making me feel welcome and part of the team too.
And a very big thank you to the participants who just made it a pleasure to teach and who were so friendly and encouraging thoughout the week.
It was my first time teaching with the Fit and Funky Team and I have to say they are such a friendly and fun bunch of people to know. The whole group were really friendly and made me feel really welcome.
I had such fun teaching my classes which ranged from Funky Hi-Lo, Funky Step, Street dance, Core to Supple Strength. I got some really great feedback and they had lots of energy and were really up for the classes.
The amenities in the hotel were fab with a great waterpark and some really lovely quiet areas to chill, sunbathe and swim. I took advantage of the spa and had several massages and saunas too.
In the evenings we all got together and had some fab party nights, (Turkey X factor, Pyjama party and a School Days night).
All in all a great week and I recommend it to anyone who wants to go away for a great week of classes and relaxation.

Happy New year to you all
Hi guys. Hope you all had a very good Christmas and New Year. Did Santa bring you everyhting you wanted? If anybody had a Nintendo Wii , have they tried the Wii fitness test. I got a really bad score so I am trying to get fitter this year. Lets hope 2008 is going to be a good fun and exciting year.
Remeber to step out of your comfort zone occasionally and reap the rewards for doing so. I know I am going to try and do that this year.
So have you got the New Year blues, back into the work mode, well I am off on a little holiday to get a bit of winter sun to try and beat the SAD syndrome. Hopefully to re-charge the batteries and think about the year to come.

YMCA weekender Camber
Well guys what a great weekend. It was really good to catch up with so many of you. It is always a pleasure to see old friends and past students and hearing what you are all up to. I had a blast. Managed to stay all the way through Jo Parry's fantastic Street Class. 'Hip-Hop Jonathan' watch this space!!!!!! Did some other really good classes, managed to miss the Village People tribute band, but was sent SMS photos to look at.
Well hope to see you all again soon. Keep coming back and watch out for my TOUR coming up in the new year and a preview masterclass day coming up before christmas.

YMCA weekender camber
Hi guys. Hope you all had a good time at Camber. And those who did not go then make sure you get there for the next one. Just to say a big thank you for everyone who came to my classes and workshops. I hope you got as much out of them as I did teaching them. The atmosphere was amazing all weekend. I won''t forget the crowd from Colchester with their whoops and whistles (thank you). A big thank you to Jo Parry for wearing one of my t-shirts on stage, she did a wonderful ''Billy Elliot'' dance class. Thank you for the feedback from my sessions and if there is anything more you need to know then please get in touch. If you did not get session notes then go to the session notes page and download them. I will in the next month put video clips of the routines on the site, as I know that once you go away from the weekend all the classes blur into one and the notes don''t mean anything. So hopefully the videos will refresh you memories.
I am off to Toronto for a well earned holiday and when I come back I will send out the first of my newsletters. So make sure you subscribe up to it. If you mail me with any questions I will get in touch on my return, please do not think I am being rude and not returning them.

Thanx for my lucky Disco Troll!!
Just like to say thanks to everyone on my exercise to music course that finished today (10/09/06). The card and present are fantastic, and my ''disco troll'' will be coming with me to Camber in a couple of weeks and will have pride of place at the front of the stage. Keep a look out for the pic on here after the weekend.
