Hey guys I have just got back from a fantastic week away in Marmaris Turkey with the ‘Fit and Funky’ team.

Around 70 of us went away and had a great week of fun and exhausting classes.

My thanks to all those who took part in my classes and to your energy and enthusiasm. It is greatly appreciated. And a big thank you to all those who watched and supported them.

I so enjoyed teaching everyone there and meeting old and new friends. The weather made it even better so that we could have many an afternoon relaxing in the sunshine.
